We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained this place was, which is a rare find in a backpacker hostel. We stayed in the 18-bed room and it was surprisingly calm and quiet. The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful, and the kitchen had a wide range of clean equipment for us to use. The other guests were respectful and welcoming, making for a great atmosphere. The location was also ideal, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops and restaurants. this place provided excellent value for money and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in a 4-star hotel.

Located in a convenient area, the hostel facilities left a lot to be desired. The "free" breakfast featured expired bread and very little variety. The rooms were cramped with little space for luggage and not enough plugs for beds. The bathrooms were somewhat clean, but the unisex setup was not ideal.
The overall environment was lacking personality and character, failing to create a hospitable atmosphere.

We had a great location at City Backpackers, making it easy to explore the city. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, which was a plus. Even though the hostel wasn't in the center of the city, it was still convenient with Uber rides at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The AC was always on, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The 4-bed room was a good option for those wanting a bit more privacy. I would recommend this hostel for a cheap and comfy stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The common areas were cozy and well-equipped, and we enjoyed playing pool and watching movies on the free Netflix. The location was also great, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to popular attractions.
Our stay over Christmas was highly disappointing. The festive decorations were lacking and there was no effort made to create a holiday atmosphere.

I had a great time staying at this hostel during my recent business trip. the complementary breakfast was a delightful surprise and the staff was very accommodating. the location of the hostel was perfect for me as it was only a short walk away from all the places I needed to go.
There were not enough power outlets in the room, which was inconvenient when I needed to charge my devices.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location of the hostel was excellent. It was situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions and easily access public transportation. Another advantage that I particularly enjoyed was the newly renovated building. the rooms and bathrooms had a modern and simplistic design, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment to stay in.
the free breakfast provided was quite simplistic. It mainly consisted of cereals, milk, coffee, and tea, but lacked options like fruits or bread.

I recently stayed at City Backpackers Hostel in Perth for two weeks. It was such a good experience! The location was perfect, with free parking options nearby and close proximity to the center of the city. The bed was comfortable, and I felt safe in the hostel. The kitchen facilities were convenient, and there was a supermarket right next door for buying food. The bathrooms were clean, and the wristband key system was a smart touch.

This hostel had an organized check-in and check-out process, with a well-equipped kitchen including many pots and pans. the option to clean the hostel in exchange for accommodation was appreciated. Guests who want to be in direct touch with nature will enjoy the free upgrade and the opportunity to stay in the same room.
Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.
